If you have oily skin using a matte finish foundation would probably suit best, if you have dry skin using a]sheer foundation will give you the best results and won't dehydrate your skin.
Contour and Highlight
Light tan shadows (on most skin) can also be used as contour, the hollow for your cheeks, jawbone, temples etc.
Highlights used on the brown bone, cheekbone and other high points of your face, compliment your face shape.
Fill In Your Brows
Brows shape your face and enhance your eyes, gone are they days when you draw on your brows, luckily these days we have multiple options, use a pencil to match your skin tone and use light feather strokes to gently fill in your brows. Eye shadows with a angled brush work really well.
All About Eyes
Choosing the right make up for your eye shape can make a world of difference, if you have wide set eyes,
concentrate the depth of the eyeshadow closer to your inner eye
For close set eyes, winged eyeliner, winging out your eye shadows to create a more elongated eye shape are more complimentary. Top Tip - Dab a little highlighter in the tear duct area to give the illusion of more open and wider eyes.
Curl Eyelashes - No matter your eye shape curling your lashes will instantly open the eye!
Use Flesh Coloured Eyeliner
If you have small eyes, using a flesh coloured liner in your water line instead of a dark liner will bring out the whites of your eyes while accenting your eye make up and minimising any redness.
Nude Lips
With a tiny little bit of concealer or foundation applied over the lip you can knock out any redness and create a really beautiful nude lip base that compliments a dark smokey eye, add a little gloss to the centre to create a plumped up effect and viola!
